Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and AIORadar ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the AIORadar platform available at aioradar.co. By accessing or using the AIORadar service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them.

If you are using AIORadar on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the service.

AIORadar is a SaaS SEO intelligence platform that provides AI Overview tracking, Google Search Console analytics, content planning tools, rank tracking, technical SEO reporting, and related features designed to help SEO professionals and digital marketing agencies measure and improve their visibility in AI-powered search results.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of features.

You must create an account to access AIORadar. Account authentication is handled by Clerk, a third-party identity provider. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep your account information up to date. You must notify us immediately at support@aioradar.co if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. AIORadar is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.

You may not create accounts for the purpose of automated access, competitive intelligence scraping, or reselling access to third parties without a written agency agreement with AIORadar.

You agree to use AIORadar only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Access or attempt to access systems, data, or accounts that you are not authorized to access
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Perform automated requests at a rate that unreasonably burdens our infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the AIORadar platform
• Resell or sublicense access to AIORadar features without written authorization
• Use the platform to generate content that violates third-party intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these acceptable use standards without prior notice.

AIORadar offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly. All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, VAT/tax compliance, chargebacks, and subscription management on our behalf.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Lemon Squeezy to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.

Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Lemon Squeezy will retry it over a short recovery period. Your plan stays active during that period. If payment is not recovered, the subscription ends and the account returns to the free tier.

Teams. Where an account has team members, the account owner is the subscriber and the only party billed. Team members access the service under the owner's plan and cannot purchase, change, or request refunds on that subscription.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings panel in AIORadar. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your plan remains active until then. Refunds are covered in Section 6.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Payments for AIORadar subscriptions and credit purchases are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or is granted by Lemon Squeezy under its own policies as merchant of record.

Starter, Growth, and Agency subscriptions provide access to paid features and usage credits immediately after payment. Credit pack purchases are added to your account immediately. Because using these services incurs third-party API, processing, and infrastructure costs as soon as the work runs, payments are not refundable after purchase.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal charges. It does not provide a refund for the current billing period.

How credits behave. Monthly plan credits are granted at the start of each billing month, and only a limited portion of any unused balance carries into the next month. Credits bought as a pack do not expire and are not removed when a subscription is cancelled, expires, or is downgraded.

If something fails on our side. If an AIORadar feature fails because of a technical issue we are responsible for, contact us within 30 days of the failure and we may restore the affected credits or apply account credit after reviewing the issue.

Duplicate charges, billing errors, and other exceptional cases will be reviewed individually.

Reversals. If a payment is refunded, charged back, or otherwise reversed, the credits, paid plan access, and other benefits associated with that purchase are removed from the account automatically. Where those credits have already been spent, we may recover the shortfall from credits granted in future, or suspend or close the account. Starting a chargeback without contacting us first is a breach of these Terms.

Taxes. VAT and sales tax are calculated and collected by Lemon Squeezy at checkout. Tax treatment of any refund follows their process, not ours.

Where to ask. Billing disputes, receipts, invoices, and refund requests go to Lemon Squeezy using the email on your purchase confirmation, because they hold the payment records. For anything about credits, plan features, or switching plans, contact us at support@aioradar.co.

Your use of AIORadar is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using AIORadar, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of all data you input into or generate through AIORadar, including client data, content drafts, keyword lists, and reports. You grant AIORadar a limited, non-exclusive license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We will not sell your data to third parties or use it to train AI models without your explicit consent.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to connect third-party services (Google Search Console, Google Analytics) to AIORadar on behalf of your clients.

AIORadar and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The AIORadar name, logo, and platform design are trademarks of the Company.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the AIORadar platform or its content without explicit written permission. Reports and exports generated by AIORadar using your data may be used freely in your client-facing work.

AIORadar is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AIORadar be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to AIORadar in the three months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may terminate by canceling your subscription and deleting your account. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or any reason at our discretion, with notice where reasonably practicable.

Upon termination, your access to the service will cease. Your data will be retained for 90 days after termination to allow for account reactivation or data export. After 90 days, all client data associated with your account will be permanently deleted. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of AIORadar shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
