Entity SEO and brand clarity

Make your business identity clear and consistent

Review the business facts, profiles, locations, structured data, offers, and topic associations that shape how search systems understand your brand.

Entity clarity supports better understanding

Consistency helps people and machines connect the same brand, services, profiles, and locations. It does not guarantee a particular search feature.

Resolve identity conflicts

Compare names, URLs, contact details, offers, profiles, and locations that should describe the same organization.

Review structured data

Check relevant markup on important pages and flag missing or inconsistent organization details.

Separate panel status

Keep Knowledge Panel detection distinct from Google Business Profile and other public profile checks.

What the workspace reviews

Bring important entity signals together

Identity and official profiles

Keep confirmed business facts and public profiles connected to the correct client record.

Locations and service areas

Review mapped locations while respecting private addresses for service-area businesses.

Offers and topic associations

See whether the site clearly connects the brand with the services, products, and subjects it wants to be known for.

Entity SEO: common questions

What is Entity SEO?
Entity SEO is the practice of making a business, person, product, place, or other named subject clear and consistent across its website, structured data, official profiles, and other public references. It supports understanding, but it is not a separate guarantee of rankings or AI citations.
Why does Entity SEO matter for AI search?
AI-generated answers are built from sources a search system can confidently connect to the right business. When your name, services, locations and profiles say the same thing everywhere, that connection is easier to make. Google states there are no special requirements for its AI features, so Entity SEO is ordinary SEO hygiene rather than a separate AI ranking factor.
How do you do an Entity SEO audit?
Confirm the canonical facts first: legal and trading name, website, contact details, locations and core services. Then compare those facts across your site, structured data, Google Business Profile and other official profiles, fix any conflicts, check that Organization or LocalBusiness markup links your official profiles with sameAs, and review whether your content clearly connects the brand to the topics it wants to be known for.
What does Entity Health measure?
Entity Health scores six components: Business Identity, Offer Coverage, Content Coverage, Trust and Proof, Location Clarity and Machine-Readable Information. The weighting adjusts for local, online and hybrid businesses, a component without enough evidence is left out rather than scored as zero, and no grade is shown until at least 3 components covering 60% of the weighting are assessed.
Which structured data matters most for Entity SEO?
Organization markup, or LocalBusiness for a business with a physical location, placed on your homepage or a single page that describes the business. Google has no required properties for it, but name, url, logo, address, contact details and sameAs links to your official profiles are the ones that tie the business together. It does not need to be repeated on every page.
Can Entity SEO create a Google Knowledge Panel?
No. Google generates Knowledge Panels automatically from information it understands about an entity. AIORadar checks for one with a brand-name search, costing 2 credits (recent results are reused free), and keeps it separate from a Google Business Profile panel. It can help you review the facts behind a panel, but it cannot create or guarantee one.
Does structured data guarantee AI search visibility?
No. Relevant structured data can help search systems understand page content and organization details, but valid markup does not guarantee a rich result, Knowledge Panel, ranking, or AI citation.
How is Entity SEO different from local SEO?
Local SEO focuses on how a business appears in local and map results, through its Google Business Profile, reviews and local rankings. Entity SEO is broader: whether the business itself is described consistently everywhere it appears. A local business needs both, and AIORadar has a separate Local SEO module for the map side.
Is Entity SEO included in the Free plan?
Yes. Entity SEO is available on every plan, including Free, with no credit card. Checks that fetch live data or use AI draw on your credits, for example 2 credits for a Knowledge Panel check and 10 for entity opportunities, and the cost is shown before a paid check runs.
