Getting Started with AIORadar
Creating Your Account
Sign up at aioradar.co using Google, GitHub, or email. Authentication is handled by Clerk; your password is never stored directly in AIORadar's systems. Once signed in you land on the Home page where all your client workspaces live.
Adding Your First Client
From Home, select "Add client" and enter the site’s basic details. Each client is a separate workspace with its own domain, integrations, tracked queries, saved runs, and reports. Free supports 1 client workspace, Starter 5, Growth 15, and Agency an unlimited number.
What Works Without Any Google Connection
AI Search tracking, Schema Studio, the Site Audit crawler, AI Access (robots.txt) checks, Meta Writer, Site Migration Mapping, and the Live Page Analyzer all run on public data and need no Google account. Everything built on Search Console, GA4, or Business Profile data requires the matching connection, and each module says so before you use it.
Connecting Google Search Console
Open a client workspace, go to Settings › Integrations, and connect the matching Search Console property. AIORadar requests the read-only webmasters scope and cannot add, change, or remove anything in your property. Search Console powers the Search Console module, Keyword Intelligence, Rank Tracker, Competitors, Content Decay Monitor, and the Core Web Vitals and indexation views in Technical SEO.
Connecting Google Analytics 4
Connect the matching GA4 property from Settings › Integrations for the read-only analytics scope. GA4 powers Organic Traffic, Conversion Optimisation, and the AI Traffic and Conversions view, which groups recognized assistant referrals into one place.
Connecting Google Business Profile
Local SEO requires a connected Business Profile. Google publishes only a single management scope for Business Profile data, so this connection is not read-only — it lets AIORadar read your listing and apply the description, website, and phone edits you explicitly approve in the app. Posts are drafted for you to review and publish yourself. Skip this connection entirely if you do not use Local SEO.
Overview Dashboard
The Overview brings together current search performance, AI search visibility, referral traffic, entity status, and prioritized areas to review. Each panel shows the source and freshness of the data it uses, and states plainly when a connection is missing rather than showing an empty chart.
Credits
Live checks and AI-generated actions use credits. Free includes 100 one-time credits. Paid plans refill monthly and roll over up to 20% of unused credits. AIORadar shows the credit cost before you run a paid action, and refunds the parts that returned nothing — an unreturned local grid point, or a section that fell back to a non-AI review, is not charged.
